Sometimes life seems to be going pretty great, and the next moment it’s not at all. Sometimes you can be standing in the dark, not knowing what comes next, and then you see the light and it’s beautiful. After a while, it too will inevitably glitch out. Sometimes it helps to know that those glitches are an unavoidable part of life. If things didn’t glitch out from time to time—the good parts wouldn’t be as good. Sometimes all we can do is laugh.
The word HAPPINESS illuminated by blue neon stands on a hill overlooking the canal. The lights are programmed to shut off briefly- making the view go completely dark. After a few seconds HA flashes several times, then goes dark for a bit. HAPPINESS appears again for another minute and the whole cycle continues.
